• Someone who wants to make an impact in the Howard County Public School System
• Student who wants to use his/her leadership skills in a positive way
• Current sophomore or junior in a Howard County high school

WHAT do they do?

• Spend at least two evenings per a month at Board meetings
• Attend public Board functions & ALL HCASC meetings
• Vote on policies presented to the Board
• One year term- July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011
